A registered charity dedicated to the empowerment of the boy child through comprehensive support and community engagement.

Our Mission

To advance the education, health, and welfare of children, particularly boys who are disadvantaged or at risk, by providing comprehensive support programs, mentorship opportunities, and resources that enable them to reach their full potential and become positive contributors to society.

We give boys learning materials, computer knowledge, and practical training they need to do well in school and prepare for the future.

We create safe spaces where boys can talk about their feelings, learn how to handle stress, and build their self-confidence.

Mentorship

We connect boys with positive male role models who spend time with them, give good advice, and help them reach their personal goals.

Community Impact

Starting in Lagos and growing across the country, we team up with parents, schools, and local leaders to build a strong support system for our boys.

Constitution of Odushu Foundation

1

Name

The organization shall be known, legally and formally, as the Odushu Foundation.

Objectives

To advance the education, health, and welfare of children, with a particular focus on boys, through:

  • Providing education and skills training.
  • Supporting mental health initiatives.
  • Offering mentorship programmes.

Powers

To do anything necessary to achieve its objectives, including but not limited to fundraising, entering into partnerships, and managing funds.

Membership

Membership is open to any individual who supports the charity's objectives and wishes to contribute to its mission.

Trustees

The charity shall be managed by a board of at least 3 trustees, elected annually, who oversee the charity's strategy and finances.

Meetings

The charity shall hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other meetings as necessary to conduct business.

Finance

All funds shall be managed responsibly and applied solely to the objectives of the charity. No profits shall be distributed to members.

Amendments

Changes to this constitution require a 2/3 majority vote at a properly constituted meeting of members.

Dissolution

In the event of dissolution, any remaining assets after the payment of debts and liabilities shall be distributed to similar charitable organizations.
